Welcome to our Second Amendment page
The Second Amendment “A well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed” was ratified to be effective December 15, 1791.
Our elected politicians take the following oath when sworn into office: “I, ( name), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.” Reading the Second Amendment and the oath to office, how is it that many of them are voting for anti-gun issues?
The citizens of the United States have the right to bear arms, yet there are many laws that only harm the honest citizen, criminals, crooks, outlaws, etc., etc. Will not follow these laws. They steal or get these firearms any way they can. Remember that the next time you vote!
